You can put a page like Terms and Conditions on your website, and not have it show in the site navigation. If you want to refer to the Ts and Cs in an email, though, you can link to the unique page URL.
This can save you a lot of time... and hassle.
Also, if you are taking photos of your clients you can get them to cite a "model release" on your website from their phone, tablet or laptop, and to agree to the terms in writing. This can be particularly useful when you are getting a model release from a parent.
