What is our program?
We focus on strength, speed, power, agility, injury prevention and flexibility for youth athletes like you.
We have international experience working with athletes of all levels.
· Up to 4x 1 hour sessions per week with a professional strength coach
· Measurements, weigh in and before photos.
· Up to 3x extra mobility and strength sessions each week.
· Unlimited support of a coach.
· Full nutrition program based on what you like and what your body needs.
· Supplementation advice.
