Glutes or flutes as the iPhone usually says are important for performance but they’re also killer for looking good.

I’ve never met a strong person who didn’t have a set of developed glutes, it just doesn’t happen.

Glutes are the BIGGEST muscle in the body so they need attention in every training program.

Are you training the glutes in extension, flexion, abduction, adduction, internal rotation and external rotation?
Probably not, maybe you are.

Most of the time a good strength training program will take care of most of those actions.

Generally we take care of most of these in our warm-up protocol with banded variations for extra VOLUME.

But sometimes if the circumstances arises they are programmed in as accessory work to further develop the physique.
