Weightlifting shoes, the best investment a lifter can make.

·      Allow you to apply more force to the ground (GRF)

·      Raised heel, forcing the tibia into an advantageous position (forward) causing increased range of motion (ROM) through the ankles. (Ass to grass baby)

·      Better body position= ability to keep a tight core and strong lifting base.

·      Provide a stable platform, the solid heel will minimize medial and lateral movements which can be seen when using a standard cross trainer shoe.

Obviously for the more serious lifter, but they do make a difference and can lead to putting up some impressive figures. What are your thoughts?
